If you have purchased a subscription to Nota LLC (Nota), you will be charged on a yearly basis or charged a discounted rate for selecting two years in advance based on the plan you choose. If you have purchased a subscription to Nota, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase. However, if you access the Nota mobile app within 7 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel your purchase.
You may cancel your subscription to Nota at any time via the website's contact us page. The termination shall have effect after one month from the date of cancellation request. You will not be refunded for the time you have used Nota within the 30 days. You will not be refunded for any remaining portion of subscription fees you have already paid for (unless with the 7-day period and under the conditions described above).
Nota reserves the right to terminate and/or suspend your account at any time in case of unauthorised use of the service. Suppose Nota terminates or suspends your account for any suspicious activity. In that case, Nota shall have no liability or responsibility to you and will not refund any amounts you have previously paid.
